Comprehensive Assessment Tool of Challenges in Hemophilia (CATCH) Survey
CATCH is a patient-centered instrument underpinned by a full re-conceptualization of patient-relevant concepts of interest and a re-targeting of the core concepts relevant to hemophilia to cover a change in activity levels and fully evaluating benefits of therapeutic innovation. It has 3 questionnaires that can be taken by Pediatrics (8-<18 years), Adults (≥18 years), or Caregivers (caregivers of pediatric persons with hemophilia).
CATCH is available for use publicly with no required contracting or research agreement. CATCH can be used descriptively in clinical practice and research, but should not be used as a diagnostic or for label enabling purposes. The survey and results are not a substitute for the clinical judgement of trained healthcare providers and are not for use in making any treatment related decisions. Institutions, groups, or practices wishing to use CATCH should inform Genentech/Roche by asking a Genentech/Roche employee to fill out this form or e-mail CATCHemail@example.com so we can measure the intent and usage of the tool.
